We are currently in search of an experienced Sales Administrator team member to start work immediately in Meridian Water. This is a temp to perm position working within a busy office and reporting to the Sales Director.
Some of the main duties will include:Liaising with customers regarding their product or application requirements and matching them to our range.Provide regular updates to customers in relation to their orderLiaise with Sales team regarding customer accounts and delivery solution.Deal with queries and complaints from customers taking ownership from start to finish.Updating customer databaseFollow up with customers by phone and/or email.Processing & data input of customer orders received via online shop, by email, in person or over the phone.Required experience and qualities:
