What You'll Be Doing:
PCB Assembly & Soldering: Assemble and solder PCBs with precision and attention to detail.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and specifications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and improve assembly processes.
Maintenance: Keep equipment in good working order and ensure a clean, safe workspace.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience in PCB assembly and soldering. Previous experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of various soldering techniques and components.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on producing high-quality work with minimal defects.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production.
Proactive Attitude: Motivated, reliable, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Car Required: Must have your own car as the role is based in Wooburn Green.
