Workshop Assistant

• The successful candidate would ideally be able to use power tools and hand tools competently or at least have a basic knowledge including the safety precautions required when using power or hand tools
• Full training/guidance will be given, a willingness to learn and listen is essential.
• The successful candidate would be required to help in all departments i.e., machine shop, spray shop and with the cabinet makers
• Role will also require some van driving, making collections and deliveries as well as assist with installation's
• Experience of driving a Luton van or similar size would be an advantage
• The position is varied and physical so candidates need to be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own using their own initiative
• Physically fit, punctual with a willing to learn from all the different departments.

Hours
7:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay

£30,000 - £35,000.
