Significant market demand and an impressive win rate means that they are now seeking to add 2 ambitious Project Engineers to their already impressive Sydney team.
Reporting to and under the mentorship of the Project Director, the new appointees development pathway will provide broad project exposure and opportunities to support the business through an unusually varied range of engineering activities which include but are not limited to:
Key Areas:
- AutoCAD/Revit modelling
- Production of drawings and renderings
- System design validation (static, material flow and dynamic 3D simulation).
Supporting:
- Data analysis and project reporting
- Project coordination (alongside project leaders)
- Timeline generation
- Risk Management
- Project administration
If you are currently working in a more siloed organisation, you may only be demonstrating some of the capabilities required by this role. However, it is likely that you
- Have tertiary qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or similar.
- Have solution vendor or consultancy experience in designing and/or design support of materials automation solutions (parcel sortation, airport/baggage-handling, intralogistics/warehouse automation)
- Can demonstrate previous experience as a Project Engineer, Layout Engineer, Solution Design Engineer, Simulation Engineer or Data Analyst
- Have strong AutoCAD or Revit or 3D CAD experience
- Have excellent client-facing communication skills and a desire to support project delivery
- A valid driving licence / own transport
- Are a creative / outside-of-the-box thinker
