Team leader, shelving and racking- Installation Projects

Our client operates across a range of projects and locations, such as Ikea and Bunnings installations. With a reputation for delivering high quality results and maintaining a supportive, safety first culture. If youre ready to take ownership of your work and lead from the front, this is the role for you.
About you:
Lead on-site installation teams to ensure efficient, timely project delivery
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the key point of contact on site
Enforce compliance with Australian Standards and workplace safety protocols
Conduct quality assurance checks and supervise safe work practices
Manage installation documentation and reporting requirements
Travel to multiple project sites, including occasional interstate work
Requirements:
Experience in shelf or similar installations
Demonstrated experience in leading small teams
Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety standards
Client focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Occasional travel
