Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality activities through APQP process
- Manage customer communication for quality activities during project phase.
- Support and Ensure timely readiness of Quality deliverables through project gates.
- Audit quality readiness of project and drive action plan to correct gaps.
- Report quality status and activities during project phase.
- Moderate and contribute to FMEA reviews.
- Drive analysis and problem-solving activities (e.g. 8D, Six Sigma).
- Lead Quality improvement plan and ensure continuous improvement in production.
- Generate and integrate Lesson learned in new product/process launches.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical engineering.
- At least 3/6 years of experience in Customer, APQP, or Project Quality in mass manufacturing industry.
- Experience in a battery company is a STRONG PLUS.
- Experience in Quality tools (APQP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, Six sigma, QRQC) and Quality management systems (ISO 9001) is a MUST.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) is a MUST.
- Fluency in Italian (oral and written) is a STRONG PLUS.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and to manage tight deadlines.
