Position: Industrial Project Manager
Location: Nersac, France
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning - Pilot the project construction, definition of equipment, budget, and team.
* New Equipment - Ensure the provision of equipment for the Division in accordance with industrial plans: establishing specifications, project risk management, supplier selection in conjunction with purchasing, monitoring realization with suppliers, ensuring equipment acceptance, providing industrial documentation
* Management - Deploys safety culture and environmental awareness within their scope Raises awareness of safety and commitment to fundamentals Manages collective performance and develops team spirit Manages each team member
* Continuous Improvement - Participates in improving the process of providing industrial means to enhance overall efficiency, Updates process efficiency indicators Proposes necessary improvement actions to achieve objectives Animates feedback sessions Conducts benchmarking
* Client - Applies HSE procedures of External Partner Companies, Drafts and validates prevention plans and work permits, Conducts HSE audits of works, Participates in evaluating the HSE performance of External Partner Companies
* Safety, Crisis Management - Applies site emergency procedures (Internal Operation Plan) in case of a major event Works in coordination with the crisis unit / Fire and Rescue Service to provide operational responses Participates in emergency drills simulation Ensures on-call duty according to schedule Arrives on-site within 30 minutes in case of a major event
* Innovation - Provides technical support to development engineers and product managers to bridge product development and industrialization
Qualifications
* 8-12 years of experience in managing industrial projects (Diagnostics and functional safety) with at least 2 years of experience in Li-ion battery industry or pharmaceutical/medical/electronics/paper industry.
* Mechanical Engineer or / and Electrical Engineering (Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation, and Industrial Computing) background
* MUST HAVE French and English proficiency
* Used to work in an international environment (interactions with other plants abroad).
