Our client specializes in high-tech batteries for industry, from design and development to production, from customization to service delivery.

We are looking for passionate and experienced talents in Industrialization and Equipment to join our factories. This position will be based in one of our factories in France - in Nersac.

Key Responsibilities
* Industrial Equipment Design and Implementation: Develop and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
* Project Management: Supervise equipment installation and maintenance projects, in coordination with internal and external teams.
* Performance Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of equipment and processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Technology Watch: Staying up to date with the latest innovations and technologies in the field of industrialization to offer cutting-edge solutions.
* Training and mentoring: Coaching and training junior team members to develop their technical and professional skills.
* Participation in inter-factory projects that may require frequent travel in France and abroad (up to 30% of working time).

Qualifications
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position, with strong expertise in industrialization and equipment
* Experience with Li-ion Battery production
* Education: Engineering degree or equivalent in industrial, mechanical or related engineering.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAD software, project management tools and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
* An appetite or knowledge of automation and industrial computing would be a plus, as well as in laser or ultrasonic welding processes.
* Languages: French and English proficiency
