About the Role:
As an integral part of the team, you'll provide expert technical support for automated systems, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency. You'll play a critical role in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement, while also guiding and mentoring newer team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical product support during breakdowns, shutdowns, and preventative maintenance activities.
Ensure maintenance and repairs meet OEM standards and specifications.
Use CMMS to track work schedules, repair comments, and spare parts consumption.
Work with international support and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and recommend product improvements.
Actively contribute to creating a safe and productive work environment through collaboration with the operations team.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive industrial automation experience.
A mechanical or electrical trade qualification, with post-trade certifications in pneumatics or hydraulics being advantageous.
Advanced knowledge of automated warehouse machinery, strong fault-finding skills, and experience interpreting technical drawings.
Exceptional customer focus, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A collaborative team player with a passion for continuous improvement.
